Policies & Procedures
Thank you for taking part in personal training! Please read, initial, and sign the following document, as these policies and procedures allow me to be most efficient and provide the best service possible.
EXPIRATION:
All purchased training appointments/sessions expire 6 months after the date of the first training session. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited. If you are physically unable to continue training, you must bring a doctor´s note. Any prolonged travel plans you must make special arrangements in advance.

TARDINESS:
You are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle you to a session longer than the scheduled appointment. For example if you are 20 minutes late for a 60 minute training session, your session will be reduced to 40 minutes and you will not receive credit for the remaining 20 minutes.

PAYMENT:
All payments are to be given directly to Real Fitness Results with Ivette, LLC prior to first session, and/or at time of first session. Preferable payment form is cash, personal check or credit card. If using personal check, check must clear before first session commences.

REFUND:
All refunds will be at the discretion of Real Fitness Results with Ivette, LLC. All refunds will be given by Real Fitness Results with Ivette, LLC; not World Gym at Peachtree City, Lexington or Fayetteville Locations.
